*  Advice on, and supply of, equipment and aids to enhance independence, mobility with full usage training/demonstration.

* Advice on adaptations and structural alterations to home and work place .

* I also work extensively within the Expert Witness Arena, providing comprehensive assessments, clinical reports to support personal injury claims, employment appeals, tribunals and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) applications and disputes. 

* Liaising with the relevant outside agencies (solicitors, insurers, local authorities, case managers, housing associations, charities etc) to ensure adequate funding and provision is made when outlined as a recommendation/ and identified as a need.

* Advice on Moving and Handling techniques and equipment.

* Support and advice on caring for someone with a disability.

* Crisis response service for urgent needs.

*  Ongoing therapy, advice, rehabilitation, re-enablement and treatment programmes and follow up.

*  Medico-legal assessment and reports with recommendations provided for insurers, solicitors etc, associated with personal injury claims

Comprehensive Occupational Therapy workplace assessment: of individuals and their specific needs when considering a return to work from a period of sickness or occupational/work performance related issues.

*  Support in graded returns to work.

*  Advice on workplace modifications to support employees to remain in, or return to work.
